TD Bank - Reminder - A FREE & SIMPLE FUNDRAISER
The PTA has joined TD Bank's Affinity Membership Program, which provides non-profit organizations the opportunity to earn annual cash contributions. There is no cost to the PTA or our members. Annually, the PTA receives a check directly from TD Bank equivalent to 1/2% of the annual average balances.
The payout will have no effect on your account balance and your personal information is NOT shared with the PTA. The only data received by the PTA is the total number of households that are participating and the contribution calculation based on the total balance of all participants.
Open an account at any TD Bank location. New Accounts will be given a $25 bonus deposited into the new account.
Existing customers can participate. Simply call the bank at 973-428-5107 and request that your accounts be linked to the PTA Program Code.

Final Box Tops Profit - 2009 - 2010 School Year - $2,600. Thanks to everyone who trims and submits Box Tops for Education. It's free and easy so please keep trimming and sending to school. In the past three years, we have collected almost 80,000 Box Tops and received almost $8,000!!!!!
Box Tops Summer Contest - New Jersey Tivia - Answer the questions on the flyer, attach 50 trimmed Box Tops and enter to win a $50 TD Bank Gift Card. Box Tops will count towards the September class contest
Enter the Box Top Giveaway in the chance that our school will win additional box tops. Please enter the giveaway promotion daily. Register at www.btfe.com/adore.
For each new email registered with Box Tops, our schools earn money. So please be sure to register yourself and family members. All three schools are listed under Central School. Thank your for your continued support.

NEWS
EH Central School is now
enrolled in the My Coke Rewards Program. Through this program, points
registered through the Coke site can be redeemed for school supplies.
There
are two ways that one can help:1) Register at www.mycokerewards.com, log in
the code from inside the Coke product bottle cap, Donate the points to
Central School via the "Donate to your School" link; or 2) send the
caps into school and deposit them into the bottle cap bucket in the
cafeteria. The PTA will handle the rest. Although the points are
donated to Central School, any products received from redemption of the
points will be distributed among all of the schools.Also, check
out the Recycling link to find out about all the other recycling
programs in our schools.
Central School Brick Campaign Update: The "Buy A Brick" Fundraiser is trying to sell 25 bricks this year to officially complete Phase I of the walkway project at Central School. The bricks are $75 each and can be personally inscribed. They make a great gift for family or teachers. "Go Green"Reusable Bags: The East Hanover PTA has reusable bags for sale. The bags have a picture of the earth with 2 children on top and the saying "Be seen, being green" (on both sides). The bags are 12.5 x 8.5 x 13.5, perfect for the grocery store, library, sporting events, you name it! Stock up and use as gift bags. There is also a PE board for bottom sturdiness. They are $3.00 each.

Information regarding cut to library Funding

PTA Membership
ATTENTION PARENT VOLUNTEERS: The PTA's INSURANCE POLICY requires any parent volunteer for the PTA to be a PTA Member. A parent volunteer needs to sign-up for PTA Membership each year. The EHPTA is required to enforce this policy and check that all parent volunteers are PTA members.
You can join the PTA at any time. If you wish to be a PTA volunteer /Member - please send $8 (check payable to EHPTA) in an envelope with your full name, e-mail address and names/grades of children. THANK YOU.
